We designed and implemented comprehensive payroll and people management processes and policies from the ground up. Business workflows were mapped into scalable systems, and Zoho People and Zoho Payroll were implemented to automate and enforce the new HR and payroll structure.

We analysed the e-commerce industry accounting landscape and designed a tailored chart of accounts for Visamoda’s business model. We built dedicated checklists and SOPs for e-commerce accounting, established the right flow and sequence of processes, and implemented Zoho Books to automate the entire accounting function.

Zoho Books — configured specifically for e-commerce accounting with custom workflows for marketplace reconciliation, returns handling and automated sales reporting built around Visamoda’s operations.
